Deleting your ZenMind account is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will:
There is no way to recover your data after deletion.
Only registered users (those who signed up with email, Apple Sign In, or social media) can delete their accounts.
If you're using ZenMind as a guest (anonymous user), you don't have an account to delete. You can only delete your local data instead.
Launch the ZenMind mobile application on your iOS or Android device.
Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the Profile section of the app.
In your Profile, look for and tap on "Your Data & Privacy" or "Data & Privacy" menu option.
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" button (displayed with a red/warning color). Tap on it.
Note: This button will be disabled if you're using the app as a guest user.
The app will show you a summary of all data that will be permanently deleted, including:
To prevent accidental deletion, you'll be asked to type "DELETE" (in capital letters) to confirm.
Type DELETE exactly as shown and tap the confirm button.
The app will:
This process usually takes a few seconds.
Once complete, you'll see a confirmation message. You'll be automatically signed out, and your account will be permanently deleted.
You can create a new account anytime if you wish to use ZenMind again.
Don't want to delete your account?
If you want to keep your account but remove all your data (chat history, moods, insights, etc.), you can use the "Delete My Data" feature instead.
