How do I record a note?
Tap the gradient microphone in the centre of the bottom tab bar, then start speaking. Tap again to stop. Voxxo transcribes the recording and saves it to your library.
Why does Voxxo ask for the microphone and speech recognition?
Voxxo records audio with your microphone and uses speech recognition to turn it into text. We only ask the first time you record. You can change permission at any time in iOS Settings → Voxxo.
Does Voxxo work offline?
Yes — recording, on-device transcription, and your local library all work offline. Cloud transcription, AI summaries, translation, and sync need an internet connection.

How do I restore a previous purchase?
On the paywall screen, tap Restore in the top-right corner. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that originally bought the subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your device, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Voxxo, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not delete your account.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Voxxo charge.
Account & data
How do I export my notes?
Open Settings → Export All Notes. You can also share an individual note from its detail screen.
How do I change my display name or language?
Settings → Profile (display name) and Settings → Default Language.
How do I delete my account?
See the Account & Data Deletion page. You can also delete from Settings → Delete Account inside the App.
Troubleshooting
The microphone button doesn't react.
Open iOS Settings → Voxxo and make sure both Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled.
Transcription is empty or wrong.
Check that the language selected for the note matches what you spoke. For noisy environments, try a closer speaking distance or upgrade to Pro for cloud STT.
Sync isn't pulling notes on my second device.
Sync requires Voxxo Pro and the same account on both devices. Pull-to-refresh on the home screen to force a sync.
The App crashes or freezes.
Force-quit and reopen. If it persists, please email us with your iOS version and the steps that triggered the issue. Sharing your crash diagnostics in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers helps us a lot.
