These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Lorem Software ("Lorem Software", "we", "us"), the developer of the Voxxo mobile application ("Voxxo", the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Voxxo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Voxxo. By using the App you confirm that you meet that age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2. Your account
You can use Voxxo without an account for local-only notes. If you create an account (email/password or Sign in with Apple), you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@loremsoftware.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Voxxo Pro subscription
- Voxxo offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Voxxo Pro with weekly and yearly plans.
- Pricing is shown on the in-app paywall in your local currency. The yearly plan may include a free trial period as displayed there.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Voxxo on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and Apple's EULA.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Voxxo to record audio in violation of applicable wiretapping, eavesdropping, or privacy laws — for example, recording another person without the consent required in your jurisdiction.
- Upload, transcribe, summarize, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Use the App to build a competing product or to scrape our backend.
- Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or entitlement checks.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these rules.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the recordings, transcripts, and notes you create with Voxxo. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide the App's features (e.g. transcription, AI summaries, sync). We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. AI-generated content
Voxxo uses third-party AI providers — Deepgram and AssemblyAI for speech-to-text transcription, and Anthropic (Claude) for summaries, titles, tags, action items, edits, and translations — to process the content you create. Before any data is sent to these services, Voxxo asks for your explicit consent inside the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
8. Third-party services
Voxxo integrates Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and the AI providers Deepgram, AssemblyAI, and Anthropic. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of the service they handle. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in those services.
9. Disclaimers
Voxxo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorem Software's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Voxxo in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
11. Termination
You can stop using Voxxo at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be surfaced inside the App where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Aydın, Türkiye have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings locally.
