Voxxo lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from inside the App, with no email or support ticket required. This page exists to comply with Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(v).
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your notes, transcripts,
recordings, AI summaries, folders, tags, and account profile are erased and cannot be recovered.
Cancelling or refunding a subscription is handled separately through Apple.
Delete your account from the App
- Open Voxxo on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the Settings icon (top-right of the home screen).
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation dialog and confirm. You'll be signed out as soon as deletion completes.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (display name, email, language, preferences).
- All notes, transcripts, translations, and AI summaries linked to your account.
- All audio recordings stored in our cloud storage.
- All folders, tags, and organisational metadata.
- Sync state, usage counters, and any workspace memberships.
- Any locally-cached data on the device where you confirmed deletion.
What is not deleted automatically
- App Store subscription: If you have an active Voxxo Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately at iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Voxxo. Apple does not allow developers to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
- Local data on other devices: If you used Voxxo on more than one device, sign out and uninstall the App on each device to remove any local cache.
- Limited records we must keep by law: certain billing/tax records may be retained by Apple and by us for up to 7 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations. These records do not contain the content of your notes.
- Support emails: if you've emailed support, those threads remain in our inbox for up to 24 months. Reply to the thread asking us to delete it and we will.
How to also delete your subscription
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Voxxo and tap Cancel Subscription.
Can't open the App?
If you cannot use the in-app delete flow (for example, your device is broken or you no longer have access to it), email info@loremsoftware.com from the email address associated with your Voxxo account. Include the email and the approximate date you signed up. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
