Open Settings → Delete service account and data. Confirm to delete the anonymous service account, temporary cloud uploads belonging to that account, and local app data. Deletion is only confirmed after the server succeeds; retry or contact support if it fails. Limited safety and report metadata may remain for up to 90 days for abuse prevention and investigation.
Clear history removes local generated results and retries pending upload cleanup. Withdraw AI processing permission prevents further uploads until you agree again. Server functions delete temporary inputs after processing; a scheduled cleanup targets interrupted uploads within 24 hours under normal operation. Provider outages and provider-specific retention or backups can affect deletion timing.
Email nikolai.bora.mindwise@gmail.com with the subject “Headshot data deletion.” Tell us the app version and approximate time of use so we can help locate temporary data. Do not send passwords, payment details or private photos unless separately necessary and agreed. There is no email/password account for the anonymous AI service.
Photos saved in your device gallery, externally shared copies, store billing records and an active subscription are not removed by deleting app data. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account. OpenAI, Google and Supabase may retain data according to their terms and legal obligations; we do not promise zero provider retention.
