Deleting your data from AI Headshot Generator is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will:
There is no way to recover your data after deletion.
When you delete your data, the following information will be permanently removed:
What's NOT deleted: Subscription records (required for billing and legal compliance) and payment information (handled by Apple/Google, not stored by us).
Launch the AI Headshot Generator mobile application on your iOS or Android device.
Tap on the Settings icon (⚙️) in the bottom navigation bar or app menu.
In the Settings screen, scroll down to find the "Data & Privacy" section.
Find and tap the "Delete All Data" button (displayed with a red warning color).
The app will show you a summary of all data that will be permanently deleted, including:
Read the warning carefully and tap "Continue" to proceed to the final confirmation.
You'll see a second confirmation dialog asking "Are You Sure?"
The message will remind you: "This will permanently delete all your generated headshots, history, and data. This cannot be undone."
Tap "Delete Everything" to confirm final deletion.
The app will:
This process may take a few seconds to a minute depending on how much data you have.
You'll see a success message confirming that all your data has been deleted.
The app will return to a fresh state, as if you just installed it for the first time.
You can continue using the app and generate new headshots whenever you're ready.
Don't want to delete everything?
If you only want to delete specific generated headshots without removing all your data:
This will delete only that specific image while keeping the rest of your data intact.
Can't delete data through the app?
If you're unable to access the app or encounter any issues with the in-app deletion feature, you can request manual data deletion by contacting us:

No. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. We don't maintain backups of user-deleted data.
No. Deleting your data does not affect your subscription status. You'll remain subscribed and can continue generating new headshots. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must do so separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
Images you've already downloaded and saved to your device's photo library or other locations will not be affected. Data deletion only removes images from our cloud storage and the app - it doesn't delete files you've saved elsewhere.
The in-app deletion process takes a few seconds to a minute. Complete removal from all our systems (including backups) is completed within 7 days.
No. Subscription records, payment transactions, and billing history are retained as required by law for accounting and tax purposes (typically 7 years). However, these records are separate from your generated images and usage data.
Yes! You can continue using the app immediately after deleting your data. You'll start with a fresh slate and can generate new headshots according to your subscription plan.
