- Multiple subscription tiers with varying generation limits

Service Nature: Our Service uses AI technology to generate professional-looking headshots based on photos you provide. Results may vary based on input photo quality, selected options, and AI model capabilities.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using AI Headshot Generator, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- You have the right to upload and use all photos you submit to the Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our sole discretion if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

- Upload photos containing nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material
- Upload photos of minors without parental consent
- Upload photos of other people without their permission
- Upload photos that violate third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity)
- Upload photos containing hate speech, violence, or illegal content
- Upload photos for purposes of harassment, defamation, or impersonation
4.2 Prohibited Activities
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize generated headshots without proper attribution
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any photos or content that violate these Terms or are otherwise objectionable. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Image Rights and Ownership
5.1 Your Photos
You Own Your Photos: You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process and analyze your photos to generate headshots
- Store your photos temporarily during the generation process
- Display your photos back to you within the application
This license terminates when you delete your photos or data from the Service.
5.2 Generated Headshots
You Own Generated Headshots: You own the AI-generated headshots created using your photos. You may:
- Download and save your generated headshots
- Use them for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., LinkedIn profile, resume, website)
- Share them on social media or other platforms
- Print or reproduce them as needed
5.3 Attribution and Restrictions
While you own your generated headshots, you agree to:
- Not claim the headshots were created entirely by you without AI assistance
- Not use headshots to impersonate others or create misleading content
- Not use headshots for illegal or harmful purposes
- Provide attribution to AI Headshot Generator when required by law or ethical standards
5.4 Photo Consent and Rights
By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to upload and use the photo
- If the photo contains other people, you have obtained their consent
- The photo does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, privacy, publicity)
- You accept full responsibility for any legal issues arising from uploaded photos
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, AI models, algorithms, design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AI Headshot Generator and protected by international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal use only.
6.2 AI Model and Technology
Our AI technology, models, and generation algorithms are proprietary and protected. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our AI technology
- Attempt to extract or replicate our AI models
- Use our Service to develop competing AI products

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
7. AI-Powered Services and Limitations
7.1 AI Technology
AI Headshot Generator uses artificial intelligence to generate professional headshots. Our AI analyzes your input photos and creates new images based on your selected style preferences.
7.2 AI Limitations and Accuracy
Important: While our AI is designed to produce high-quality results, it has limitations:
- Generated images may not always perfectly match your expectations
- Results vary based on input photo quality, lighting, and angle
- AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
- Facial features, expressions, and details may not be 100% accurate
- Generation quality depends on selected style options and combinations
7.3 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- That every generation will produce satisfactory results
- Specific quality levels or output characteristics
- That generated headshots will be accepted by all platforms or services
- Compatibility with specific use cases or requirements
7.4 AI Data Processing
By using AI features, you consent to the processing of your photos by our AI systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Your photos are processed securely and are not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
📋 Subscription Plans
AI Headshot Generator offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: 1 free generation to try the app
- Weekly Plan: $4.99/week - 25 generations per week (billed weekly)
- Monthly Plan: $9.99/month - 120 generations per month, 4 per day (billed monthly)
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage Subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
8.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.
8.2 Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law
- Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
8.3 Generation Limits
- Free Plan: Limited to 1 generation total
- Weekly Plan: 25 generations per week, resets every 7 days
- Monthly Plan: 120 generations per month with a daily limit of 4 generations
Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing period.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
9.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your Apple App Store account settings (for iOS users)
- Your Google Play Store account settings (for Android users)

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.
9.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are generally processed according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- Refund requests should be submitted through the respective app store
- Apple and Google have their own refund policies and discretion
- Refunds are typically not available for partial billing periods or unused generations
- In exceptional circumstances, we may issue discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis

9.3 Subscription Management
To cancel your Apple App Store subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select AI Headshot Generator
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
To cancel your Google Play subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select AI Headshot Generator
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- AI-generated content will be accurate, realistic, or suitable for your purposes
- Generated headshots will be accepted by all platforms or services
10.2 Quality Disclaimer
We make no warranties regarding:
- The quality, accuracy, or realism of generated headshots
- Suitability for specific professional or commercial purposes
- Consistency of results across different input photos
- AI model performance or reliability
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Headshot Generator and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
- Reliance on AI-generated content or results
- Unauthorized access to your images or data
- Loss or corruption of your photos or generated images
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
10.4 Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment processors, cloud storage, AI providers). We are not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
- Third-party privacy practices or terms of service
- Any damages arising from your use of third-party services
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Headshot Generator and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Photos or content you upload to the Service
- Your use of generated headshots
- Any claims that your uploaded photos infringe on third-party rights
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the app and on our website
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Displaying an in-app notification
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases
- We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- You remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations
- You must delete all copies of generated headshots if required by us
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
