Learn Bulgarian: Speak BG — Last updated: June 26, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using Learn Bulgarian: Speak BG (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Learn Bulgarian: Speak BG, operated from Bulgaria.
Learn Bulgarian: Speak BG is a mobile language learning application for iOS and Android that teaches the Bulgarian language through:
All lesson content is bundled within the App. An internet connection is required only for speaking exercises (speech recognition) and subscription management.
The App does not require account registration or sign-in. All learning progress is stored locally on your device. You do not need to provide an email address, name, or any personal credentials to use the App.
Because there is no account system, your progress cannot be transferred between devices. If you delete the App or change devices, your local progress will not be recoverable by us.
The App offers an optional premium subscription ("Learn Bulgarian Pro") available as:
Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region and currency. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Cancelling stops future charges. You retain premium access until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
To restore a premium subscription on a new device or after reinstalling, go to Profile → Restore Purchases within the App. You must use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon subscription. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

All content within the App — including but not limited to lesson scenarios, exercises, audio recordings, vocabulary databases, grammar explanations, character illustrations, and the App's source code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes only.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Important: Speaking practice and pronunciation feedback are provided for educational purposes only. Our speech recognition technology has inherent limitations and may not accurately assess pronunciation in all situations, particularly with strong accents, background noise, or very short recordings.
Specifically:
Learn Bulgarian: Speak BG is a learning aid. It is your responsibility to supplement your learning with additional resources as appropriate for your goals.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRESS, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €10 if you have not made any payments).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the App (or specific features) if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or applicable law. As the App has no account system, such restriction would apply at the device level.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
